- Gmail users have to sign in again every week. Your Google app is still in Testing, where Google’s refresh tokens expire after 7 days. Publish it, then have each user sign in once more: see Stop the weekly re-sign-in: publish your app.
- Every Outlook account suddenly fails. The Entra client secret has probably expired (they last at most 24 months); create a new one as described in Create a client secret.
